After lunch, I am excited to report that the training has taken a dramatic turn for the better.  While chewing my sandwich just one hour ago, I was concerned that I was sure to be in for a long (loonnnggggg) afternoon.  I couldn’t have been more wrong.  Even now, as I type, I find myself focusing more on the training than my typing.  Please excuse any typos that make their way through my distracted composition.

In particular, this trainer knows how to connect with people.  He is genuine, his personality is present and accounted for, though not overly-dominating.  I’m totally compelled by HOW he is saying WHAT he is saying.
